We will compare an aged wine that will highlight the richness and creaminess of the caviar, then we will introduce you to a completely different flavor profile when we have the caviar with a bright crisp wine. We will share recipes to enhance your caviar experience as well. Tasting includes one bottle each of our Carneros Cuvée and 2017 Blanc de Blancs plus a 2 oz jar of Russian Ostera Caviar, blinis, crème fraiche, and mother of pearl spoons.
